Patricia Cook graduated from the University of Michigan's business school and spent 15 years as a relationship manager and vice president in the financial industry before starting her consulting firm 13 years ago. Her experience led her to realize that success depends on more than analytical skills and technical knowledge and requires the ability to build solid relationships based on respect and trust. As principal of her own consulting firm, Cook presents professional presence/business etiquette skills to help individuals strengthen relationships, retain and attract clients, and feel more comfortable and effective in any professional situation. Cook's clients include large banks, consulting firms, accounting firms, and other large corporations and universities around the country.
