Bahu Diane Bahu has more than 19 years of leadership and strategy experience in executive search and corporate recruiting. She is currently a SVP & Global Head of Executive Search at Northern Trust, and leads a global team of executive search professionals, who work internally with business leaders and recruiters to define and maintain pivotal hiring needs based on business goals. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Bahu spent 16 years at JPMorgan Chase, and was responsible for hiring across Private Banking, Asset Management, Treasury Services, and Middle Market Banking. Earlier in her career, Bahu held institutional equity and wealth management sales positions at Merrill Lynch, William Blair and BMO Harris Bank. Before beginning her career in financial services, she lived in Washington, DC and worked for the United States Senate Special Committee on Aging, as a Legislative Correspondent. Bahu graduated from Northwestern University with a bachelor's in Communication Studies. She is an active volunteer of the United Way and Feed My Starving Children.

 

Egan David Egan is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Mesirow Financial. Egan is responsible for HR Strategy including talent management, human capital development, HR Advisory and employee engagement initiatives across the Company. He has extensive experience working with C-Level executives on strategic talent management and organizational effectiveness issues. Egan has over 12 years of experience in Global Human Resource Management and previously worked in HR with Bank of America in Chicago and Quintain Estates and Development Plc. in London, England. Egan is originally from Galway, Ireland and gained a dual degree in Accounting and Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland, Dublin. He is currently completing his MBA from DePaul University with a concentration in Strategic Human Resource Management (anticipated fall 2017). He has also obtained his PHR and GPHR certifications and completed the CFAI Claritas program. In his free time Egan enjoys Rugby, Golf and is an avid reader of historical nonfiction. He also mentors in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago program.

 

Grogan Meredith Grogan, Director of Talent Acquisition Operations, joined Morningstar in 2007 in the business development group. After several years in a sales role, Grogan moved to an internal facing role training and onboarding our early career talent. Her next transition was managing different client service teams and working with Morningstar's large institutional clients. Grogan joined the Talent Acquisition team in summer of 2016 where she has been able to translate her years of experience at the organization to helping attract great talent for Morningstar.

 

Tucker Vicki Tucker joined William Blair Investment Management as Recruiting Director in October 2015, in a newly created position sitting within the business line. She is charged with leading all recruiting efforts for the Investment Management division, focusing on developing strategy and execution as key initiatives for a division whose objective is to lead through a period of rapid growth as the business seeks to continuously recruit and evolve talent for the organization. Prior to joining William Blair Investment Management, Tucker served as the Assistant Vice President, Recruiting Manager of Nuveen Investments in Chicago. She was responsible for developing and implementing effective and efficient recruitment plans to fulfill the staffing objectives of the organization. Prior to being on-site with Nuveen, Tucker was in third-party search as a Senior Staffing Consultant of the Chicago office of Advantage Human Resourcing and was tasked with executing direct hire and consultant search efforts for clients within the asset management, private equity, private family office and real estate sectors. Before that, Tucker spent 8.5 years working with the Pritzker family entities. She held roles of increasing responsibility culminating in the role of Human Resources Administrator for multiple family entities including Pritzker Realty Group, L.P. and The Pritzker Organization, L.L.C. Tucker started her career with investment banking firm Wasserstein Perella & Co., where she spent five years running the office management function of the Chicago office. A native of Chicago, Tucker has been active within the Chicago philanthropic community throughout her career, formerly serving as Co-Chair of the Internship Leadership Committee of the All Stars Project of Chicago, and volunteering with Urban Alliance Chicago and Genesys Works. She received the 2012 Talent Acquisition Specialist award given by the Staffing Management Association of Greater Chicago. Tucker attended the College of Consumer and Family Sciences at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana and is an alumnus of the Walt Disney College Program.

If guests fail to cancel before the deadline and/or fail to attend the event they will be charged a $20 fee.

Passport Program
Members of any CFA society may attend at the CFA Society Chicago member rate. If you are only a member of CFA Institute, you do not qualify for the society member rate.
